Our curated collections are sourced from Europe’s leading ateliers and shipped worldwide. As many of our pieces are made to order, delivery timelines may vary depending on the product’s origin and craftsmanship schedule.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation.

For made-to-order or custom items, production and preparation may take 8–12 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and design complexity.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers that specialize in handling fine furniture and lighting.
Shipping options may include:

White-Glove Delivery: For large or fragile pieces, including in-room placement and packaging removal (available in select regions).
4. Delivery Timelines

5. Shipping Costs & Duties

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the client.

6. Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately.
If you notice any damage, please:

This ensures we can resolve the issue swiftly through our logistics and insurance partners.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the client will be responsible for the return shipping fees and any additional redelivery costs.
