All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items purchased from Zenivo.
Each piece in our collection is carefully curated and crafted to the highest standards. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and imagery thoroughly before making a purchase.
Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our luxury collections. Every item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
- All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-year warranty
- Warranty covers structural defects, not normal wear or user damage
1-Year Warranty Coverage
Zenivo provides a 1-year warranty on all furniture pieces covering:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and construction
- Structural failures under normal use
- Hardware and mechanism failures
Warranty does not cover: normal wear, color fading, user damage, or damage from improper care.
Damage Claims
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

- We will work with you to resolve damage issues on a case-by-case basis
